STORE POLICY

Reservation

Orders placed via Silque website's order form are automatically reserved for 2 days, within which, customer must settle payment for items ordered. If payment isn't received within the reservation period, stocks will be put back in the inventory and will be offered to other customers again.

Silque will send a confirmation message via chat, SMS, or email after you place your order. Bank and mobile wallet details will be provided in the confirmation message as well. 

Payment Methods

Due to the current COVID-19 situation, we are encouraging customers to pay online via bank or mobile wallet transfer to lessen physical contact especially for those who are personally picking their items from our location.

Silque only currently accepts payments via the following channels:

  • BPI bank transfer

  • BDO bank transfer

  • GCash

Once paid, please send a copy of the transaction receipt to Silque via email or chat so we can prepare your item for pick-up/delivery. 

Shipping / Delivery

We currently only offer store pick-up as mode of delivery. Once paid, we'll prepare your item and let you know once you can book a 3rd-party delivery service like Grab, Lalamove, or Mr. Speedy so they can pick up your items for you and deliver wherever you are.

For provincial orders and delivery at further ends of the city (Antipolo, Novaliches, Imus etc.), we can handle courier arrangement. Delivery fee will be added on top of your subtotal and must be paid before your items get shipped.
